To upload to your own personal gallery:
Click on 'User CP' on the left hand side of the second red menu bar at the top of the page (see screenshot).
Under 'Networking' on the left hand side of the page, you'll see a link for 'Pictures and Albums'. Click on that (see screenshot).
If you have not added an album before, you should then see a link that says 'Click here to add an album and start uploading pictures!'
Click that, and give your album a title, eg "Fish I've caught".
If you have already added an album, click on the album you wish to upload the photo too. Scroll down and you will see a link saying 'Upload Pictures'. Click that and follow the onscreen instructions.
